Will the initial cleaning take longer?
Sometimes the first cleaning appointment takes longer than future sessions. Its length is based squarely on the current state of your space. Please understand that we do not price by the hour, but by the effort required to complete the assignment.
Do I need to be present during a cleaning?
Of course, you have the freedom to decide how to manage access to your property. As such, we can accommodate your use of a lockbox, remote dis/arming alarms and opening doors, and key access.
If remote control is not an option for you, we request a security code for our exclusive use. When provided with keys, we keep access limited and secure. Of course, waiting while we perform our task suits us just fine, too.
Our aim is to prioritize your comfort and security while ensuring everything operates smoothly. We are here to support your preferences and can handle whichever process is more comfortable for you.
Is your staff trustworthy?
We know rash decisions made by our staff can negatively affect our business. Not only do they harm relationships, but they could also result in a loss of business, too. In either case, there are long-lasting negative implications, which we do our very best to avoid.
While it is not possible to know what every team member is capable of, what they are going through at home, or what they are doing at every moment, we strive for a positive atmosphere for every team member. We respect every member because we know LoAPS is nothing without them. The pay is fair, our culture is strong, and through training, we hope to facilitate their commitment to and focus on delivering trustworthy and transparent service to you.
We believe that overstating the significance of these things is impossible.
What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
We observe the following holidays:
New Year’s Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
If a routine cleaning falls on one of these holidays, we will contact you in advance to reschedule. However, we do work on many other federal holidays.
Will you send the same cleaner each time?
We make our best effort to send the same person each time. While it’s the most efficient we cannot guarantee that.
If an alternate team member is assigned to you, they will be provided with detailed information about your preferences/requests to ensure our consistent level of service.
Why don't you give estimates on this website?
While 2,000 square feet is a clear measurement, the cleaning requirements of that space can vary depending on its condition, usage, and layout. Quotes based on square footage alone, sight unseen, might need changing once visited. This can create a sense of mistrust right from the start.
In the same way, quoting a well-kept space at the same rate as a disorganized or under-maintained area is also unfair. Conducting a thorough site visit allows us to recognize these distinctions, enabling us to provide competitive pricing that reflects the actual effort needed.
LoAPS prioritizes transparent pricing and clear communication of all costs. Our policy prohibits high-pressure sales tactics. No team members work on commission, guaranteeing your receipt of honest pricing without our influence.
Will your company ever offer mowing or snow removal services?
These tasks are not on our agenda for the foreseeable future.
